Are you a Practice Nurse looking for an exciting new opportunity?

CGH Partnership is seeking a Practice Nurse for 37.5 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

Key duties will include:

• Assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes to ensure compliance. Collaborating with the general practice team to meet patient needs and follow practice policies and procedures.
• Providing care for presenting patients, including treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.

Job responsibilities

Person Specification

Qualifications

• UK-registered nurse with significant post-registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunizations.
• Good knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework.
