Job summary

Chase Medical is assisting a friendly, family-run GP practice near Heckmondwike with joining an experienced clinical team in a 100-year-old surgery building. The role offers flexibility around working days and patterns and a welcoming environment.

You will manage chronic disease care (asthma, diabetes with insulin management), perform Practice Nurse duties (cytology, immunisations, wound care) and work autonomously within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing chronic diseases including asthma and diabetes
• Proficient in SystmOne
• Confident with Practice Nurse duties: cytology, immunisations/vaccinations and wound care
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider clinical team
• Independent prescribing is desirable but not essential

We’re working with a friendly, family-run GP practice near Heckmondwike, rated Good by CQC, where you’ll be joining an experienced and supportive clinical team. Based in a charming 100-year-old surgery building, the practice offers a welcoming environment with flexibility around working days and patterns.
