Working hours are 40 hours - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

• Salary from £37k+ depending on experience

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians while managing contractual relationships
• Managing compliance and meeting regulatory requirements
• Interpreting financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to make commercial decisions
• Enjoying being part of a team passionate about patient care and helping the nation smile
