Practice Manager – Fromus, Eagle & Castle Vets

Location: Saxmundham, Halesworth & Framlingham

What you'll do:

• Lead, support and inspire our veterinary and support teams across three practices.
• Foster a culture of engagement, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
• Oversee administration, compliance, and financial processes with attention to detail.
• Work closely with clinical directors and head nurses to align practice goals and strategy.

About you:

• Skilled at engaging and motivating teams to perform at their best.
• Able to balance client care with efficient practice operations.
