Xander Group is seeking an experienced Dispensing Optician Practice Manager to lead a multi-practice independent optician group in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You will oversee daily operations, drive customer care across the Welcome, Discover, Delight journey, and lead a motivated team in optical retail.

The role requires proven optical retail management experience, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to business growth.

Full-time – 5 days / 40 hours per week (Alternate Saturdays)

Our multi-practice independent optician client is seeking an experienced Practice Manager with a strong background in optics to lead and inspire the team.

About the Role

As the Practice Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the clients receive the highest level of care and service. They aim to deliver obsessively great service to each and every one of the clients via their Welcome, Discover, Delight client journey which is at the core of what they do. Your expertise in optical retail will enable you to effectively manage operations, drive business growth, and lead a motivated team to success.
