PortmanDentexis in New Milton is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead daily operations and drive patient-centred care at a fully private practice. You’ll oversee a supportive team, manage financials and KPIs, and partner with business leaders to grow the practice.

The role offers full-time hours, a competitive hourly rate from £18, and a collaborative environment focused on excellence in care and operations.

• Healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service background with leadership experience.

About you

• Ahealthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background- experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse isan added bonus, but not essential
