Marlborough Dental Studio in Marlborough, England, is seeking a motivated Practice Manager for a part-time role. You’ll lead a small team, oversee operations, and drive service standards in a fully private dental practice.

This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover with flexible days across 3–4 workdays. The role includes managing P&L and KPIs, ensuring compliant processes, and supporting the growth of the practice while delivering brilliant patient care.

Know how to lead people and deliver brilliant service? Dentistry could be your next industry move. We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous team at Marlborough Dental Studio.

Whether you're an experienced Practice Manager or come from a similar people-focused field, this might be just the opportunity you've been waiting for.

• Part-time hours available 24/32 hours per week over 3/4 days per week
• Typical shifts between 8.15am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday (flexible days)
• Fully Private Dental Practice
• Supportive and collaborative area manager and business partners, assisting with overall practice growth and management
• Fixed term contract of 12 months covering maternity leave

Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.

About you

• A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential
• Passionate about delivering great service
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
• Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
