About the Role

At Bupa Dental Care, we’re seeking experienced people leaders to join our Manchester team as a Practice Manager. This role offers a career-defining opportunity to lead, inspire, and shape the future of patient care in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a team of 7–15 colleagues and working closely with our Area Manager, Daniel
• Driving commercial performance and achieving key business targets
• Fostering a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
• Ensuring exceptional patient care and smooth daily operations
• Leading recruitment, team development, and performance coaching
• Marketing the practice to grow our patient base
• Maintaining compliance as the CQC Registered Manager
• Utilizing data and technology to inform strategic decisions

We welcome candidates from dental or other commercial backgrounds who are driven, people-first leaders.
