A premium independent Opticians based in Sheffield is looking for a full-time Optical Practice Manager to lead the team.

Optical Practice Manager – The Role

• Luxury, high-end independent Opticians
• Excellent reputation
• Tests 5-6 times a week in a single testing room
• Excellent selection of premium frames and lenses
• Managing a team of 3 people
• Hands-on involvement in all areas of the practice
• Focus on the customer experience
• Assist in growing and developing the business
• Liaise with the Directors to achieve targets and implement new strategies
• Assist with frame buying
• Manage team rotas
• Full-time position – 5 days a week, including most Saturdays (1 in 3 off)
• Working hours between 9 am to 5:30 pm (4 pm on Saturdays)
• No Sundays or Bank Holidays
• Salary between £28,000 to £38,000 DOE

Optical Practice Manager – Requirements

• Ideally a qualified Dispensing Optician
• Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred
• Experienced non-qualified managers will also be considered
• Passionate about optics
• Hungry to learn
• Self-motivated
• Focus on customer service
