Job summary

Bupa Dental Care Eagle Brow in Lymm is seeking a commercially minded Practice Manager to lead a well-established private dental practice, focusing on people leadership, patient experience and operational excellence.

You will oversee income targets, marketing, recruitment and KPI delivery while providing outstanding customer service in a busy, clinically advanced environment.

Qualifications

• Management experience in healthcare, dental, retail, hospitality or service-led environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering business results.
• Proven people leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry-leading patient care in your practice.
• Review, monitor and plan to ensure delivery of income targets (recruitment, marketing, diary management, recalls, treatment plans).
• Motivate, lead and engage a team of 7-15 colleagues.
• Collaborate and influence conversations to drive business priorities.
• Proactively market your practice to grow patient numbers.
• Ensure the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines as the registered manager.
• Recruitment and selection for all practice staff.
• Utilise Bupa products and services to maximise revenue.
• Confidence using computer software and communicating via email/phone/Microsoft Teams.
• Dental experience is desirable but candidates from other sectors are welcome.

About the Practice

Bupa Dental Care Eagle Brow and Implant Centre is a highly respected private practice with extensive experience in advanced and complex dentistry. The practice accepts patient referrals and offers a comprehensive range of treatments including dental implants, restorative dentistry, cosmetic treatments and Invisalign orthodontics. The practice is supported by advanced digital technology including 3D CBCT scanning facilities.

• Previous management experience within healthcare, dental, retail, hospitality or a service-led environment
