Job summary

Bupa Dental Care UK is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead, support and develop our team, drive the practice forward and support its continued growth and success.

The role involves managing a high-activity 8-surgery practice with an emphasis on delivering excellent patient care, achieving income targets, and ensuring compliance with CQC requirements. A collaborative leader who can motivate a team of 7–15 will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Dental practice management experience is desirable but not required.
• Ability to motivate, lead and engage a team of 7–15 colleagues.
• Experience in recruitment and performance management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering industry leading patient care in your practice.
• Review, monitor and plan to ensure delivery of income targets of the practice (including recruitment, marketing, diary book management, patient recalls, take up and treatment plans).
• Collaborating and influencing conversations to drive forward business priorities.
• Proactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbers.
• Ensuring the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines as the CQC registered manager.
• Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff.
• Utilising Bupa products and services to maximise revenue.

Join our growing and exciting practice, offering a wide range of specialist services, we are looking for an experienced people and business manager to lead, support and develop our team while driving the practice forward and supporting its continued growth and success.

Monday to Friday 40 hours a week

8 surgery practice

Practice Manager responsibilities and skills:

• Delivering industry leading patient care in your practice
