Salary circa £40k per annum

Bayfields Opticians is seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager who is also a qualified Dispensing Optician to join our fabulous Northcote Road practice (SW11 6QU).

As our Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining these high standards, leading by example, and driving the success of our Chester practice.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring it runs efficiently and smoothly.
• Delivering outstanding client service while fostering a welcoming environment for both clients and team members.
• Coaching and mentoring the team, inspiring them to meet targets and achieve professional growth.
• Providing expert dispensing services, demonstrating your skills and knowledge to offer exceptional care.
• Monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
