Reporting into the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role is a hybrid of patient care and commercial focus, requiring a strong leader with a passion for healthcare, patients, and driving a profitable business. This role is accountable for delivering all pharmacy-related targets and managing the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, supporting Asda Pharmacy's goal to be best in class.
On a day-to-day basis, the Pharmacy Practice Manager will lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experiences and ensure high standards of patient safety. You will support the development of all direct reports and locums to maintain standards of customer service, compliance with GPhC standards, and clinical governance.
You will have access to in-store, regional, and home office teams for support in clinical or service matters.
4 days per week, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 9pm
