Reporting into the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role is a hybrid of patient care and commercial focus, requiring a strong leader passionate about healthcare, patients, and driving a profitable business. This role is accountable for delivering pharmacy-related targets and managing the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, supporting Asda Pharmacy's goal to be best in class.
On a day-to-day basis, the Pharmacy Practice Manager will lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experiences and ensure high standards of patient safety. You will be responsible for the support and development of all direct reports and locums, maintaining compliance within GPhC standards and clinical governance.
You will have access to in-store, regional, and home office support teams to assist with clinical or service-related queries.
4 days per week, 9am to 9pm, totaling 44 hours.
