Join Our Team as a Practice Manager at Bupa Dental Care, Diss.

Position: Practice Manager
Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities and Skills:

• Deliver industry-leading patient care
• Monitor and plan to achieve income targets, including recruitment, marketing, diary management, patient recalls, and treatment planning
• Motivate, lead, and engage a team of 7-15 colleagues
• Collaborate and influence to drive business priorities
• Market the practice proactively to increase patient numbers
• Ensure compliance with CQC and legislative guidelines as the registered manager
• Manage recruitment and selection of practice staff
• Utilize Bupa products and services to maximize revenue
• Proficient in computer software and communication tools like email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams
• Previous dental experience is desirable; applications from managers in other sectors are also welcome
