Job Description

Reporting into the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role involves both patient care and commercial responsibilities. The role requires strong leadership, a passion for healthcare, patient safety, and business profitability. You will be accountable for achieving pharmacy targets, managing the pharmacy team, and supporting the store's pharmacy operations to be best in class.

Daily responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experiences and ensure high standards of safety and compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance. You will receive support from in-store, regional, and head office teams for clinical and service-related queries.

Rota:

• Week 1: Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri/Sat 9am-8pm
• Week 2: Mon/Tues/Thurs 9am-8pm

Candidate Profile

We seek a dedicated, experienced pharmacist registered with the GPhC, capable of delivering NHS and private healthcare services. The candidate should be able to balance managerial and clinical duties, motivate teams, and handle challenging situations effectively. Applicants must have a valid GPhC registration, right to work in the UK, safeguarding qualifications, and be willing to undergo a DBS check and enroll in the update service.
