About the Role

A well-established and friendly GMS GP Practice in North Cambridge is seeking a permanent Practice Manager. The practice emphasizes staff well-being, work-life balance, and a supportive environment. Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, strong financial and HR management skills, and previous Practice Manager experience. You should be able to remain calm under pressure, focus on strategic development, and identify opportunities and threats for future growth.

Practice Details

The practice is supported by a robust administrative team, uses EMIS Web, and manages approximately 15,000 patients through a partnership. The workforce includes GPs, Pharmacists, ANPs, nurses, and secretaries. The practice promotes training, is involved in their PCN, and offers additional benefits with strong management support.

Salary & Location

£50,000 - £61,800, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location: North Cambridge.
