Role Overview: Reporting to the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role combines patient care and commercial responsibilities. The role involves leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experiences, ensuring safety, compliance, and high standards of service. The role also includes managing pharmacy targets, supporting team development, and maintaining professional standards in line with GPhC regulations.

Schedule:

Week 1: Monday - Saturday, 09:00 - 21:00

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 09:00 - 21:00

Candidate Profile:

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
• Experience in NHS and private healthcare services
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally
