Role Description

Dental Practice Manager at High Green Dental Practice, Sheffield, S35

Salary negotiable depending on experience - further discussion at interview stage.

This practice has 8 surgeries, converted from a semi-detached house, fully equipped with iTero scanner, OPG, and computerised using Software of Excellence.

The practice offers facial aesthetics, Invisalign, Implants, and Endodontic treatments. Free parking is available, with a bus stop outside, and it is 10 minutes from the train station and M1.

As Practice Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Line management of the practice team
• Supporting clinical team to meet NHS and Private objectives
• Profit and Loss management, controlling costs, and identifying growth opportunities
• Reviewing business reports for operational efficiency
• Supervising banking procedures, deposits, payments, reconciliation, and debt management
• Maintaining practice documentation, policies, procedures, and handbooks
• Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations

Skills and experience required:

• Dental Practice Management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience managing business performance, KPIs, and P&L
• Staff management experience, including appraisals and performance reviews
• Enthusiasm and motivation to grow the practice
• Hold CQC registration or willingness to obtain it (including DBS check)
