Job summary

Adapt 365 is seeking a Practice Lead to head up a newly established delivery engine focused on Copilot, AI and Power Platform for a major enterprise client. You will own end-to-end delivery, define governance, and work with senior leadership to shape how delivery runs from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery of Copilot and AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience managing team utilisation and revenue in delivery practice.
• Comfortable owning senior client relationships and acting as trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform-based solutions: scoping, development oversight, training, adoption, change management and governance.
• Manage revenue and utilisation across the delivery team.
• Sit on the client steering committee, owning the senior stakeholder relationship.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues.
• Build, lead and develop a team of AI Consultants and Architects.
• Track and improve delivery throughput through the use of AI.
