Job summary

Adapt 365 is seeking a Practice Lead to head its new delivery engine for Copilot, AI and Power Platform-based projects. You will own end-to-end delivery, engage with senior stakeholders and shape how the delivery function scales within a major enterprise client.

As a leader, you will oversee a growing team of AI Consultants and Architects, drive governance and adoption, and manage revenue and utilisation across the practice.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering Copilot and AI-enabled solutions in a Microsoft partner or consultancy
• Proven ability to manage team utilisation and revenue in a delivery practice
• Comfortable managing senior client relationships and acting as trusted advisor

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform solutions
• Oversee development, training, adoption and governance
• Manage revenue and utilisation across the delivery team
• Build and develop a team of AI Consultants and Architects
• Sit on client steering committees and own senior stakeholder relationships
• Escalate delivery issues and improve throughput using AI
