Job summary

Adapt 365 is seeking a Practice Lead for Microsoft Copilot, AI & Power Platform to head a newly established delivery engine for a major enterprise client. You will shape how delivery works from the ground up and own end-to-end delivery across Copilot, AI and Power Platform initiatives.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, manage revenue and utilization, and build a high-performing team of AI Consultants and Architects while driving adoption and governance across the engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Copilot and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong Power Platform experience in a Microsoft partner or consultancy environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform-based solutions including scoping, governance and adoption.
• Oversee revenue and utilisation across the delivery team.
• Sit on the client steering committee and own senior stakeholder relationships.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues and risks.
• Build, lead and develop a team of AI Consultants and Architects.
• Drive delivery throughput improvements through the use of AI.
