Role Overview

Our Youth Justice Service has opportunities for those with a child-first ethos, capable of balancing support, compliance, and innovation. Our trauma-informed, restorative environment enables staff to deliver effective support. We are investing in new roles to strengthen our capacity to drive performance and are looking for:

• A permanent Practice Lead who is educated to degree level and has proven experience in people management and delivering quality assurance activities that improve child outcomes. The role involves overseeing and deploying data, intelligence, and support functions across the Youth Justice and Engagement Services. You will be skilled in developing creative assurance tools to identify strengths and areas for improvement and in mobilising rapid practice responses.
