Job Advert

Due to internal progression of our existing Learning Frameworks Practice Advisor (Quality Assurance), we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning Frameworks Practice Advisor/Internal Quality Assessor to join the Quality Team at Mencap Training Academy. The role involves working primarily with our teams based in London, with travel to other areas as needed.

We seek a friendly, professional, and confident individual to support our education programmes within Mencap Training Academy.

The successful candidate will assist delivery teams with quality assurance and improvement activities to enhance the quality of education and learner experience, including:

  • Conducting internal quality assurance checks and observations, and providing feedback for quality improvement
  • Coaching team members
  • Maintaining accurate records of activities

This is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week), home-based position, requiring regular travel within London and occasional travel outside London for meetings and support.

We are flexible with working patterns; please specify your preferred hours in your cover letter if interested in part-time work.
