Job Role:

This role is based in Merseyside. The Social Worker will develop and deliver a comprehensive learner’s programme to support the continuous professional development of the social care workforce through bespoke programmes, ASYE, Apprenticeships, and Step-ups. The candidate will promote good practice across the organization, undertake audits, and support the Quality Assurance Service.

Sirona Medical will provide the Social Worker on an agency contract. This is a full-time agency position, 35 hours per week. Work on-site is expected approximately 2-3 times per week, so candidates should live locally.

Requirements include a degree in Social Work, Practice Educator Qualification, experience in designing and delivering training, knowledge of children’s legislation, case management, policies, frameworks, and procedures, as well as experience supervising or mentoring social care staff, and Social Work England registration.
