Join a well-established NHS GP Practice in London as a clinical pharmacist. We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, and experienced practice clinical pharmacist to join our clinical team in a friendly, well-established practice. The practice offers flexible working hours, and both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome to apply.
The successful candidate will be a registered pharmacist with significant clinical and quality improvement experience, ideally an independent prescriber. We seek an individual dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and passionate about clinical pharmacy. The candidate must work effectively within a diverse practice team. Prior experience in General Practice is highly desirable, but pharmacists from other sectors will also be considered.
Previous NHS general practice clinical pharmacy experience is highly desirable. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is essential, and knowledge of EMIS Web is desirable.
Hours
The successful applicant will work between 20 to 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

We are a well-established, friendly NHS GP Practice based in Dalston, Hackney, East London.
Our aim is to provide excellent, patient-centered care, with clinicians and patients involved in planning and delivering care to meet health and well-being needs.
You will collaborate with GPs, practice nurses, administrative staff, and other health professionals, including physiotherapists, dieticians, diabetes nurses, paramedics, physician associates, social prescribers, and more.
The postholder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing expertise in medicines management, medication reviews, managing long-term conditions, transfer of care, systems for safer prescribing, and managing prescriptions.
Main Duties:
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975. A DBS check will be required.
Salary range: £48,000 to £55,000 per year (full-time equivalent), depending on experience.
