Workforce Staffing seeks a Practice Accounts & Advisory Manager to join a growing independent practice. You can base in Warwickshire or Birmingham with hybrid working, managing a diverse client portfolio and delivering accounts, tax and advisory services.

The role blends traditional compliance with advisory work, offering career development opportunities and a chance to build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
• Experience in accounts and taxation within a practice environment.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounts, tax compliance and advisory services.
• Provide advice across Income Tax, VAT, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Trusts and Estates.
• Lead, coach and develop junior members of the team.
• Identify opportunities with existing clients and support new business development.
