Job summary

Dickson O'Brien in Lancaster is seeking an accountancy professional to prepare accounts for SME clients, handle VAT returns and tax computations, and support personal and corporation tax.

You will manage your own client portfolio, carry out bookkeeping duties, and build strong relationships while working with senior team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in accountancy practice
• AAT qualified, ACCA/ACA part-qualified or QBE
• Experience preparing accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships
• Good knowledge of UK accounting and tax
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A client-focused and proactive approach
