Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance is seeking a confident media and communications professional to join our Marketing and Communications team and lead PR and media activity across SCAA. Based in Perth at Scone Airport, this role supports hybrid working with two office days per week, typically 9am–5pm, and occasional weekend and evening work.

• Experience in journalism, public relations or a press office environment.
• Proven track record of securing media coverage and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills for print, digital and broadcast.

Responsibilities

• Lead PR and media activity across SCAA and support the communications strategy.
• Secure impactful media coverage and manage press enquiries.
• Brief spokespeople and build relationships with journalists and partners.
• Collaborate across teams to tell compelling stories of the charity's impact.
• Occasional travel to operational locations and media opportunities.
