Job summary

Better Placed is seeking a Senior PR Manager to lead the brand's external communications in the UK market. You will shape the PR strategy, drive media relationships and oversee content across press, influencer integrations and campaigns.

You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging, measure impact, and deliver high-quality coverage that supports business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

The PR Manager is an important member of this progressive Marketing team, responsible for building and nurturing relationships media and press.

This role is responsible for developing and executing the groups PR strategy and to enhance brand visibility, drive high-quality engagement, and continue to support their Influencer strategy.

The role will collaborate closely with the brands wider Marketing and Creative teams to create and implement strategic campaigns that align with business goals, ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging.

• Lead and develop the brands on going Digital PR strategy
• Manage the flow of relevant and exciting new content to support your strategy, brining creative and innovative ideas and concepts
• Write and distribute press releases, company announcements, and other media communications
• Analyse PR and Media campaign performance to ensure conversion, reporting on performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media professionals and PR agencies to secure ongoing media coverage and opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure consistency and PR strategy is championed throughout all campaigns.

The experience I'm looking for:

• Proven experience operating at a Senior/ Manager level within PR. Ideally retail experience gained either directly or whilst working at an agency
• Experienced building and developing PR strategies
• Working with established Media partners and building own relationships
• Experience working collaboratively with Digital, Social Media, Influencer and Creative teams or agencies
• Excellent creative and copywriting skills and concept creation.
