Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a General Warehouse Operative for the Lutterworth site. This full-time role runs 12-hour day shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 06:00 to 18:00.

You will support an ambient warehouse operation and help keep stock moving safely and efficiently as part of a dependable team. You will assemble customer orders from the profile, ensure correct quantities, and palletise safely.

Qualifications

• PPT truck experience with licence.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong health and safety focus.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assembling customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensuring correct quantity picked and built safely onto pallets.
• Stretching, wrapping, presenting to marshalling area as appropriate.
• Generating performance in line with KPIs as required.
• Ensuring client specific order requirements are met as instructed.
• Ensuring that all equipment is used in line with training.
• Adhering to clean as you go policy with a special focus on recycling and waste management.
• Ensuring PPE is used, worn and maintained and safety issues reported.
• Undertaking further warehouse duties as requested.
