Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is hiring an experienced General Warehouse Operative at our Lutterworth site to support a busy ambient operation. This is a hands-on role where you will help keep stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently as part of a dependable team.

You will work 12-hour day shifts on a 4-on, 4-off pattern from 06:00 to 18:00, with a salary of £26,942.46. A PPT forklift licence is essential, and previous warehouse experience with picking, loading, or stock movement

Qualifications

• PPT truck licence is required.
• Experience in picking, loading, inbound or stock movement is preferred.
• Good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong focus on health and safety.
• Reliable timekeeping and flexible to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Operate Radio Data Terminal (RDT) to pick items.
• Ensure correct quantity and safe building onto pallets.
• Stretching, wrapping and presenting to marshalling area.
• Meet KPIs and client-specific order requirements.
• Use equipment in line with training and PPE rules.
• Maintain clean as you go and support recycling/waste program.
• Undertake marshalling, cleaning, loading, goods‑in as needed.
