Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is hiring a General Warehouse Operative for the Lutterworth site to support a busy ambient warehouse. You will work 12-hour day shifts on a 4 on, 4 off cycle, including weekends, handling stock movement and order fulfillment.

The role requires PPT forklift experience, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to safety. Competitive benefits accompany a permanent position.

Qualifications

• PPT truck experience and licence is essential.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, especially picking, loading or stock movement.
• Good accuracy and attention to detail are required.
• Strong focus on health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Operate using radio data terminal (RDT).
• Pick and build correct quantities safely onto pallets.
• Stretching, wrapping and presenting to marshalling area as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow recycling/waste policies.
