The Role

This PPC Manager role sits within a growing digital marketing team and reports directly to the PPC Lead. You’ll take ownership of paid search activity, ensuring best‑in‑class execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising while driving performance against clear commercial KPIs.

This is a hands‑on role with strategic input, ideal for someone who enjoys combining performance optimization, analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Driving performance through keyword research, bid management, and ongoing optimization
  • Managing agency partners and working closely with internal stakeholders
  • Analyzing campaign performance and translating data into actionable insights
  • Supporting PPC strategy development aligned to wider business and brand objectives

Your Experience

We’re looking for a data‑driven PPC specialist who thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment and enjoys taking ownership of paid search performance.

You’ll bring:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a PPC or Paid Search role, ideally agency‑side
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Excellent analytical skills with high numerical confidence
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Experience with tools such as GA4, SA360, Looker, or Adobe
  • Any exposure to SEO or wider digital marketing channels
