Job summary

Oakwell Hampton Group in Stockport is seeking a PPC Manager to take full ownership of client accounts. This hybrid role requires 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, with a hands-on focus on strategy, builds, optimisation and reporting for about 10 accounts across eCommerce and B2B.

You’ll manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Paid Social, drive data-driven insights, present recommendations to clients, and support audits and new account builds in

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience managing PPC campaigns in an agency environment.
• Strong hands‑on Google Ads experience.
• Experience with Meta Paid Social as part of a wider paid media strategy.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns end‑to‑end from strategy to execution.
• Experience with Search, Shopping, Performance Max and feed management.
• Understanding of budgets, targets, margins and commercial performance.
• Comfortable managing client relationships directly and strategically.
• Data‑driven mindset with analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads accounts across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Own PPC strategy and activity from planning through execution.
• Manage Meta campaigns across prospecting, retargeting and scaling.
• Handle product feeds, Merchant Centre and feed optimisation.
• Set and manage budgets against client targets and commercial goals.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Present results and strategies directly to clients.
• Support audits, pitches and new account builds.
• Work with data beyond the platform to identify growth opportunities.
