Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a part-time PPA Teacher to work three days per week in Wisbech, covering KS1 and KS2. The role provides PPA cover across classes, with lessons during normal school hours and planning support from the school.

The fixed schedule offers work-life balance and long-term opportunity within the same school. Delegated planning will be provided; you may be asked to adapt lessons and conduct light marking in line with school expectations.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching within KS1 and KS2.
• Ability to cover PPA time across year groups.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain clearance.
• Two positive references covering recent teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Cover teachers during Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time across KS1 and KS2.
• Deliver engaging lessons and adapt to different year groups.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Work with planning provided and perform light marking and assessment as required by the school.
