Job summary

Flourish Education is recruiting a PPA Teacher to work in a Primary school in Warick. This role is for 2 days per week, starting in September until the Easter break initially.

The successful candidate will deliver pre-planned lessons across different year groups, build positive relationships with pupils and staff, and contribute to a broad, engaging curriculum designed to inspire and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging lessons across a range of year groups.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different classes and learning needs.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering engaging and effective pre-planned lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Supporting pupil progress and providing feedback in line with school policy.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining high expectations.
  • Working collaboratively with class teachers, support staff, and senior leaders.
  • Promoting pupils’ emotional well-being alongside their academic development.

Job description

Flourish Education is recruiting for a PPA Teacher to work in a Primary school in Warick. This PPA Teaching role is for 2 days per week, starting in September until the Easter break initially.

This role is perfect for experienced teachers who enjoy working across different year groups, can deliver pre-planned lessons and can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

As a PPA Teacher in this role, your responsibilities will include:

Working as a PPA Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
  • Pay: £130.00 to £180.00 day rate, which equates to £25,350 to £35,100 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year (dependent on experience)

This PPA Teacher position is in Warwick, which is easily commutable from Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Coventry and Stratford-upon-Avon. The school offers on-site parking for staff.
