Job summary

Education at Ivy Resource Group is seeking a KS2 PPA Teacher to cover a Year 5/6 class in a Stroud primary school. The role offers flexibility to fit around your commitments and provides exposure to multiple year groups.

You must hold a PGCE or QTS, have excellent communication skills, and work well within a team. A valid right to work in the UK is required. Competitive daily rate with dedicated Gloucestershire-based teacher consultant support.

Qualifications

• You must have a relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS).
• Excellent communication skills demonstrated in speaking with parents, school staff and pupils.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A positive and compassionate attitude towards students.

Responsibilities

• Teach the curriculum and lesson plans provided by the school.
• Adapt lesson plans to meet diverse student needs and abilities.
• Provide feedback to parents, the school and the agency at the end of the day.
• Manage behaviour and maintain a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Job Description:

We are currently looking for Teachers who are looking to work across a Year 5/6 classe covering PPA in a primary school based in Stroud

These roles offer full flexibility to fit around your current commitments, while giving you a chance to gain valuable experience across different settings and year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach the children the curriculum and lesson plans provided by the school.
• Be able to adapt lesson plans to work with different children needs and abilities.
• Provide feedback to parents, the school and the agency at the end of the day.
• Managing behaviour and maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere
