Job summary

Supply Desk is partnering with a welcoming primary school in West Drayton to recruit a enthusiastic PPA Teacher to deliver across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. The role offers full-time or part-time options and release time for class teachers, with a focus on continuity of learning.

You will support pupils’ progress, manage engaging lessons, and contribute to a positive learning environment. DBS check and Safer Recruitment standards apply.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – desirable.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and/or KS1 and KS2 curricula.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and confident teaching across different year groups.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work full-time or part-time in the Beaconsfield area (HP9) from September.

• Provide high-quality cover for teachers during PPA time, ensuring continuity of learning.

Supply Desk is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in West Drayton to appoint a passionate and adaptable PPA Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative school community, delivering high-quality teaching across a range of year groups while providing valuable release time for class teachers.

This role would suit an enthusiastic and motivated teacher with a broad understanding of the primary curriculum, excellent classroom management skills, and a flexible approach to teaching across different phases.

The Role

As a PPA Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining high standards of teaching and behaviour. You will play a key role in supporting pupils’ progress while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
