Job summary

REESON Education are working with a welcoming primary school in Greenford, West London, to appoint a Part-Time PPA Teacher from September 2026. You will provide PPA cover across the school and deliver engaging lessons while collaborating with class teachers. The successful candidate will be QTS or equivalent, experienced across the primary age range, and capable of adapting to different year groups in a supportive school environment. Salary is MPS/UPS, dependent on experience.

Part-Time PPA Teacher - Greenford

Reeson Education are working with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Greenford who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Part-Time PPA Teacher from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a primary teacher looking for a part-time position within a supportive school environment. The successful candidate will provide PPA cover across the school, delivering engaging and high-quality lessons while working closely with class teachers and the wider staff team.

The Role

As a PPA Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons across different year groups.

• Provide high-quality teaching across the primary curriculum.

• Follow existing planning where appropriate and adapt lessons to meet pupils' needs.

• Maintain a positive and purposeful learning environment.

• Assess and monitor pupil progress.

• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.

• Work collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team.

The Ideal Candidate

The school are looking for a teacher who is:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experienced in teaching across the primary age range.

• Confident teaching different year groups and adapting to new classrooms.

• An enthusiastic and engaging classroom practitioner.

• Organised, reliable and adaptable.

• Able to establish positive relationships quickly.

• Committed to providing the best possible outcomes for pupils.
