Job summary

Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming primary school in the FY2 area that is seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their team from January 2027. This full-time role will involve delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups to ensure continuity of learning while teachers are released for planning, preparation and assessment.

The successful candidate will be confident across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, have strong classroom management and be committed to engaging learning

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school.
• Be confident delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Be flexible, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 to ensure continuity of learning.
• Support planning, preparation and assessment time for class teachers.
• Maintain high standards of pupil progress and engagement.
• Create a welcoming and well-managed learning environment.
