Job summary

Academics is seeking a qualified PPA Cover Teacher to work across primary schools in Worksop. You may teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, providing planned cover using current school planning and maintaining pupil engagement.

The role offers flexible, ongoing temporary supply with competitive daily rates (£130–£190) paid via PAYE. Start dates ASAP or September, with ongoing opportunities and support from experienced education consultants.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in a primary school.
• Confident teaching across EYFS to KS2.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Flexible and adaptable approach.
• DBS Update Service required or willing to obtain one.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.

PPA Cover Teacher - Worksop

Are you a primary teacher looking for flexible teaching work across different year groups?

Academics are currently recruiting for a PPA Cover Teacher to work across primary schools throughout Worksop. This role is ideal for a qualified teacher who enjoys variety and is confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Position: PPA Cover Teacher
Location: Worksop
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing supply
Pay: £130 - £190 per day (dependent on experience, training, qualifications and client rate available, paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay)
Start Date: ASAP / September

About the Role

As a PPA Cover Teacher, you will provide planned cover for teachers across a range of primary schools in Worksop. You may teach different year groups throughout the week, making this a great opportunity for a PPA Cover Teacher who enjoys working with pupils from Early Years through to Year 6.

The PPA Cover Teacher will deliver lessons using existing school planning and ensure pupils remain engaged and supported throughout the school day. Experience across different primary year groups would be highly beneficial.
