Job summary

TeacherActive is partnering with a friendly primary school in Nottingham to recruit a PPA Cover Teacher for short-term, part-time work. The role covers all primary year groups, two days per week, with engaging lessons and clear classroom management across classes.

The candidate will hold QTS (ECTs welcome) and have experience teaching in UK primaries, able to switch between year groups with ease and energy.

Qualifications

• QTS (ECTs welcome) required or eligible.
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school.
• Experience working across different primary year groups.
• Engaging and adaptable approach to teaching.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a fun and engaging primary school in Nottingham. The school provides a positive environment where pupils are encouraged to enjoy their learning whilst being appropriately challenged.

The school is looking to take on a PPA Cover Teacher on a short-term, part-time basis, working 2 days per week and covering classes across all primary year groups. The successful PPA Cover Teacher will be expected to deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively and adapt confidently between different classes.

The successful PPA Cover Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Experience working across different primary year groups
• An engaging and adaptable approach to teaching
