Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is supporting a welcoming primary school in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, to recruit a proactive PPA Cover Teacher for an immediate start. You will deliver lessons across KS1 and KS2 using pre-prepared planning, maintaining a positive and structured learning environment.

The ideal candidate holds QTS, has recent UK primary teaching experience, and can adapt to different year groups with strong behaviour management and collaborative approach with staff.

PPA Cover Teacher - Full TimeImmediate Start | Cheshunt, Hertfordshire | £150-£180 Per Day | Temporary

Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Cheshunt that is looking for an adaptable PPA Cover Teacher to join its team for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident primary teacher who enjoys variety and is happy working across different year groups. You will provide cover for teachers during their PPA time, delivering engaging lessons using existing planning while maintaining a positive and purposeful learning environment.

The Role

• Teach across KS1 and KS2, depending on the school's requirements
• Deliver lessons using pre-prepared planning and resources
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Adapt quickly to different classes and learning needs
• Work collaboratively with class teachers and senior leaders
