Job summary

Red Bull Powertrains is seeking a driven Configuration Controller to ensure BoM accuracy across multiple systems as we expand in Formula 1. You will maintain BoMs in TeamCenter, reflect approved product definitions in engineering data, and oversee document control processes relevant to specifications and drawings.

You will collaborate with engineering and operations to audit, verify, and resolve BoM discrepancies, while keeping records up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in configuration control or document management.
• Understanding BoM structures and change control processes.
• Experience administering controlled technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with large data sets.
• Organisational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update BoMs within TeamCenter.
• Ensure BoM structures reflect approved definitions and changes.
• Perform BoM audits to verify accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve BoM discrepancies with engineering and operations.
• Monitor configuration status and maintain records of changes.
• Administer creation, review, release and revision of technical specs and controlled docs.
• Ensure specs are under proper document control and version management.
• Verify approved changes are reflected across specs, drawings, BoMs and related docs.
• Maintain specification registers and configuration records.
• Support periodic reviews of controlled documentation for currency and compliance.
