Job summary

Red Bull Powertrains in Milton Keynes is seeking a driven Configuration Controller to ensure BoMs and engineering data are accurate across systems. You will own BoM maintenance, document control, and change records within a fast-paced motorsport environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in configuration control, document control or engineering data management.
• Understanding of BoM structures and change control processes.
• Experience administering controlled technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large data volumes accurately.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update BoMs within TeamCenter.
• Ensure BoM structures reflect approved definitions and changes.
• Perform BoM audits and validation for completeness and accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve BoM discrepancies with engineering and operations.
• Monitor configuration status and maintain records of approved changes.
• Administer creation, review, release and revision of technical specifications and controlled documents.
• Ensure specifications are under proper document control and version management.
• Verify changes are reflected across specifications, drawings, BoMs and related docs.
• Maintain specification registers and configuration records.
• Support periodic reviews of controlled documentation.
