Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working within configuration control, document control, or data management.
• Understanding BoM structures and change control processes.
• Experience administering controlled technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with PLM software (Siemens TeamCentre) preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update BoMs in TeamCenter.
• Ensure BoM structures reflect approved definitions and changes.
• Perform BoM audits and validation for completeness and accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve BoM discrepancies with engineering and operations.
• Monitor configuration status and maintain approved change records.
• Administer creation, review, release, and revision of technical specs and controlled docs.
• Maintain specs under document control and version management.
• Verify changes reflected across specs, drawings, BoMs, and docs.
• Maintain specification registers and configuration records.
• Support periodic reviews of controlled documents for currency and compliance.
