Job summary

Red Bull Powertrains in Milton Keynes is seeking a Production Controller to manage demand and orchestrate scheduling for our V6 and single-cylinder power unit programmes, ensuring parts arrive on time and capacity plans are optimised.

You will work in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment, collaborate across engineering, procurement and operations, and play a key role in translating complex technical requirements into actionable production actions within ERP/PLM systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in an engineering, planning, or operations setting (automotive or motorsport preferred).
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced, technical environment.
• Ability to interpret complex technical requirements and translate into actionable actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand and schedule power unit assembly programmes.
• Ensure right components arrive at the right time to meet project plans.
• Prioritise hardware allocations and build shop capacity plans with precision.
