Job summary

Red Bull Powertrains is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive the development of manufacturing stage drawings for CNC Milling, Turning and Grinding. The role includes drafting fixturing and tooling, and leading NPI activities to ensure readiness for production at our Milton Keynes facility.

You will own and maintain manufacturing data in Teamcenter, drive NCRs and corrective actions, and collaborate with technicians to identify process improvements that boost right-first-time performance

Qualifications

• An excellent understanding of advanced CAD systems and equipment, Multi Axis CNC machining ideally within Motorsport, Automotive/Aerospace or precision engineering
• Knowledge of Siemens NX and Teamcenter is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Create clear and detailed manufacturing stage drawings for processes including CNC Milling, Turning and Grinding, and external operations where required
• Design/model and draft fixturing and tooling where appropriate
• Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring manufacturing readiness through structured reviews from concept to production
• Identify process improvement opportunities by working with shop-floor technicians or via weekly KPI reviews
• Own and maintain manufacturing data in Teamcenter, ensuring accurate routings, work instructions, and revision history
• Own and drive non-conformance (NCR) and corrective action processes, using structured problem solving to reduce repeat issues and improve right-first-time performance
• Use product/process expertise to support the external supply chain where required
