Red Bull Powertrains is seeking an experienced Technical Buyer at our Milton Keynes facility to manage the procurement of Power Unit components and supplier relationships. You will drive sourcing, negotiations, and on-time delivery for high-performance power units.

Competenze

• Experience procuring low-volume, high-complexity mechanical, electrical, and composite Powerunit components.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork and reliability.

Mansioni

• Manage procurement for Power Unit components, ensuring sourcing of materials and services.
• Identify suppliers from RBPT-approved base and negotiate quality, delivery and price.
• Expedite component progress and address delays using manufacturing know-how.
• Identify capacity shortfalls and source new solutions for future demand.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and keep manufacturing system data up-to-date.
• Assist budget planning and cost monitoring within the department.
• Serve as a procurement advisor to the team and stakeholders.
• Work independently to meet tight deadlines and drive improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvements and innovation in procurement processes.
